We had an amazing last minute stay at ADV. The room was clean, modern, and large. Blackout shades, strong AC, in room fridge, and communal fridge stocked with water and snacks and an espresso machine. The property was secure, requiring multiple codes to get in to the room. Location was just on the edge of everything you’d want to visit in Bolzano. Andrea was accommodating with the booking process and greeted us to show us the place. We loved it!!

The customer service and accommodation was fantastic. We arrived via train that was delayed until 2300, but Claudine still met us at the apartment to let us in and show us around. The bed and other amenities were very comfortable, but the presentation was great. Everything was spotless and clean, extremely new and modern, and the complimentary water, espresso and snacks were wonderful. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this B&B for a full 15 days for work, and I can say with absolute certainty that they made my stay special, making me feel right at home.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with rare kindness. The owners truly spared no expense to ensure their guests' utmost comfort: a prime example? There was even a Dyson hairdryer in the room, an attention to detail found only in the finest luxury hotels.
The self-service breakfast is fantastic and incredibly convenient, especially for those with flexible work schedules: the refrigerator was always stocked, and there was a wide selection of sweet and savory options.
The location is excellent and convenient for getting around. The overall atmosphere is relaxing, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the attention to guest well-being is palpable. A long stay can be tiring, but thanks to them, it was a pleasure. A true gem that I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone!

We have stayed in some really good hotels in this trip around Europe and this certainly did not let that record down.
Bolzano is a really lovely spot and ideal place to go for a drive around the Dolomites in general and Gardena and Cortina in particular - which is why we came!
The accommodation is right in the centre with spacious parking below. Everything is operated electronically - don’t worry we are pretty elderly but managed - from the garage to front door, lifts, and more or less everything in the room from lights to curtains!!
The room itself is beautifully finished including lights under the, extremely comfortable, bed which give an impression of it floating!!
Outside of the room is a shared kitchen area with cold and hot drinks, snacks and DELICIOUS chocolate biscuits!!
I think it best summed up as being everything has been thought of, a great two nights sleep and a genial host in Andrea.

Very happy with our decision to book ADVHome. Our room is spotless with modern decor, keyless entry, hot water rain shower, and lighting ambiance. The shared common room was well stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks. Andrea greeted us and made us feel comfortable. We appreciated the free Sudtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass which we used for bus service to Castle Roncolo, cable cars, and Ritten Railway.

We had a fantastic stay at ADV Home. The location is just minutes away from the old city. The rooms are fine example of the say "God is in the details" with it's lavish design, high-tech smart home and details. The person who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. In addition they provide free soft drinks, coffee and snacks in the common area. We strongly recommend this place!

Andrea has put together a wonderful place to stay when in Bolzano. Easy walk to where you will want to go during the days and evenings. Room were super modern and the whole place felt new. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Bolzano!

A fantastic hotel in Bolzano, about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The host was incredibly welcoming. The room was very well-designed and fully equipped with all the necessities. A delightful surprise was that drinks and snacks in the common areas were all free! It was a wonderful experience, and I'm sure I would stay here again if I ever return to Bolzano.

A more central location couldn't be better, 6 minutes to the cathedral, great room, comfortable bed, neck pillow, free coffee and tea, snacks. What more could you want?

I was really satisfied with this experience. The structure perfectly combines technology and comfort, offering a relaxing and carefree stay. The central location allows you to fully enjoy Bolzano, without the need to use means of transport. The rooms are spacious, modern and with attention to detail, with a home automation system that makes them even more welcoming. Security is another strong point: access with personalized codes and video intercom guarantee peace of mind for the entire duration of your stay. The quality of the restaurants in the surrounding area is also excellent, with a wide choice of typical dishes and local wines. I will definitely return, perhaps during the Christmas period to experience the atmosphere of the Christmas markets. Highly recommended!

The ADV Home is a beautiful structure in the center of Bolzano, brand new, very clean, equipped with all comforts, with an excellent quality/price ratio. The room, home-automated with convenient commands for controlling the lights and curtains and electric shutters, has been studied down to the smallest detail to ensure maximum comfort and make the holiday very pleasant: latest generation television, small fridge, very large and comfortable shower , Dyson hairdryer. On the floor there is a well-equipped snack/breakfast area with a very modern multifunction machine for hot drinks, a fridge always full of bottles of water and soft drinks, good quality packaged breakfast/snack products.
And what about the two young owner brothers Andrea and Luca? With their great willingness to satisfy every request, their extraordinary attention to the smallest details, their kindness and hospitality are the added value of this beautiful structure. Therefore, if ADV Home deserves a full 10, Andrea and Luca undoubtedly also deserve praise. If we return to Bolzano ADV Home will be our choice.
And what about the two young owner brothers Andrea and Luca? With their great willingness to satisfy every request, their extraordinary attention to the smallest details, their kindness and hospitality are the added value of this beautiful structure. We were guests of the property for just one night. We were able to appreciate the beauty, comfort and cleanliness of the room. Furthermore, the owners were very kind and helpful, welcoming us even though we had arrived late in the evening. We were also given the Guest Card which proved to be very useful for our travels in South Tyrol. Highly recommended!
