Fantastic experience! The structure is modern, elegant and with attention to the smallest details. As soon as I arrived, I immediately noticed the attention to the guest and the impeccable cleanliness. The code access system is very convenient and the location is perfect for getting around Bolzano on foot. A big thank you to Luca, who was super helpful and attentive!

I stayed in this property during a trip to Bolzano and I was really satisfied. The environment is modern, welcoming and equipped with every comfort. I was really satisfied with this experience. The structure perfectly combines technology and comfort, offering a relaxing and carefree stay. The central location allows you to fully enjoy Bolzano, without the need to use means of transport. The rooms are spacious, modern and with attention to detail, with a home automation system that makes them even more welcoming. Security is another strong point: access with personalized codes and video intercom guarantee peace of mind for the entire duration of your stay. The quality of the restaurants in the surrounding area is also excellent, with a wide choice of typical dishes and local wines. I will definitely return, perhaps during the Christmas period to experience the atmosphere of the Christmas markets. Highly recommended!

The ADV Home is a beautiful structure in the center of Bolzano, brand new, very clean, equipped with all comforts, with an excellent quality/price ratio. The room, home-automated with convenient commands for controlling the lights and curtains and electric shutters, has been studied down to the smallest detail to ensure maximum comfort and make the holiday very pleasant: latest generation television, small fridge, very large and comfortable shower , Dyson hairdryer. On the floor there is a well-equipped snack/breakfast area with a very modern multifunction machine for hot drinks, a fridge always full of bottles of water and soft drinks, good quality packaged breakfast/snack products.
And what about the two young owner brothers Andrea and Luca? With their great willingness to satisfy every request, their extraordinary attention to the smallest details, their kindness and hospitality are the added value of this beautiful structure. Therefore, if ADV Home deserves a full 10, Andrea and Luca undoubtedly also deserve praise. If we return to Bolzano ADV Home will be our choice.
And what about the two young owner brothers Andrea and Luca? We were guests of the property for just one night. We were able to appreciate the beauty, comfort and cleanliness of the room. Furthermore, the owners were very kind and helpful, welcoming us even though we had arrived late in the evening. We were also given the Guest Card which proved to be very useful for our travels in South Tyrol. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful stay at ADV Homes in Bolzano. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. Nel complesso abbiamo trovato ADV HOME semplicemente ok. Era estremamente costoso rispetto ad alcuni hotel della zona e tutto aveva un costo aggiuntivo: 15 euro per il check-in anticipato, 10 euro per il check-out alle 11 (alle 10 è il normale team di cassa che è estremamente presto). Attenzione, questo non è un bed and breakfast come dice su Google, è solo una situazione simile a quella di Airbnb (senza colazione, servizi).
L'abbonamento dell'autobus che forniscono e la macchina del caffè sono comunque di grande aiuto!

The room we booked was very large, modern design, very comfortable, very large private bathroom with large shower. In the fridge we found water and fruit juice. There is a shared kitchen where there is a professional machine for making a cappuccino (very good), coffee, tea etc., biscuits and croissants which can be filled separately. There is also a private garage, where you can leave your car at a cost of €20. It really deserves 5 stars, the quality-price ratio is also exceptional. We had a great time and if we were to return to Bolzano I would book again.

Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone proveniente dall'Indonesia di recente, e abbiamo vissuto il bellissimo e freddo Alto Adige innevato per quattro notti..
La camera e l'area comune sono davvero molto pulite e vengono sempre pulite regolarmente.
All'interno della stanza è moderno con servizi completi incluso l'asciugacapelli Dyson, dormiamo molto, molto bene;) con il termostato che può essere regolato secondo il nostro desiderio di stare comodi dato che veniamo da un paese tropicale;)
Puoi avere bevande in bottiglia gratuite, succhi di frutta, molti tipi di snack, caffè, cioccolata, tè twinig e molto altro ancora... Sì, è gratis.
La posizione è molto vicina al centro città e alla fermata dell'autobus... eppure hai un pass ospite gratuito per tutti i trasporti, autobus, funivia e persino il biglietto d'ingresso al museo.
Andrea è molto gentile, disponibile ad accoglierti e ad assicurarsi che tutto sia al top del servizio che potresti ottenere.
Riprenoteremo se visiteremo nuovamente Bolzano.. ti consiglio di rimanere qui al 100%.
